Car show and fundraiser combine in Huntington Beach
Car lovers and collectors will want to save the date in their calendars next month, as a car show and fundraiser are in the works in Huntington Beach.
The Hot Rods and Helos Car Show is opening registration for car owners to include their favorite vehicles in the fundraising show with a Huntington Beach flair. The gathering is being organized by the group that organized the Quarantine Cruise, the largest car cruise in the United States.
The organizers are aiming to bring classic car culture to Surf City. Hot rods, classics, old muscle, vintage trucks, and customs are all welcome to register and compete at the show. The cars will be displayed next to a collection of retired law enforcement helicopters and privately owned aircraft to add to the adrenaline. Banner printing is a colorful and welcoming way to greet visitors and generate excitement among passersby.
The proceeds will benefit the 42 Foundation, a group that supports programs related to providing aid and support to law enforcement families in the region. The organization has made over $1.4 million in contributions since its inception in 2000. Sponsorship opportunities are open to local brands.
The show will be held at the Hot Rods and Helos Beach Shower Stand on Sunday, March 30, starting at 10:00 AM and ending at 3:00 PM. Registration for car owners is $33.85 online.
