New fitness option for Dublin residents

A new dance fitness focused studio opening this month may solve a dilemma for those Dublin residents who want to get fit but are not keen on gym classes.

Dancentric, a new dance fitness studio, is managed by Elena Crandell and will offer more than 12 programs, including everything from Zumba, to yoga, to Tahitian-influenced dance.

The studio is owned by Dawn Karfel, and will celebrate its grand opening later in July. Karfel expressed her excitement to Patch.com about the unique classes the studio would offer. The staff members, which include 10 fitness gurus, are no doubt getting their business card printing orders ready.

According to Dancentric’s website, it is the first and only studio in the East Bay to bring dance fitness, barre, and yoga under one roof, as well as offering multiple classes per day.

The studio is currently advertising a pre-sale special on memberships. According to the studio’s website, people can currently memberships for three, six, or twelve months for $68 per month. Going forward, memberships will range from $98 per month to $80 per month, depending on the number of months purchased at a time. All membership levels include unlimited classes, and can be purchased on the website. Single class rates are also available there.

The schedule for classes is available online, and many options are available in both the early morning and evening.
