This October, a Dublin park will be the place to be for families on the hunt for fall fun.
Dublin Heritage Park will be welcoming autumn with its Harvest Fair. Running for four hours, it will be full of family-friendly activities. Admission will be free but some activities require a purchase wristband, which will be available either in advance or at the gate.
People can make some new feathery and furry friends in the petting zoo, and face painting and games will also be on the agenda. An apple crate toss and pumpkin ring toss are both in the works, and everyone can try their hand at panning for gold. A washboard laundry station will be set up, and the pumpkin patch will showcase these colorful members of the squash family. Butter churning and other demonstrations will round out the day.
