Late February will see Dublin enjoy a celebration of the food, music, culture, and heritage of India.
Suitable for all ages, the Puranava 2026 festival will be held at Cottonwood Creek K-8, and the festivities will run for six hours. Admission will be free, although some of the activities may require advance registration.
People can take in music and dance performances, and there will be special heritage presentations as well. They can try their hand at block printing on fabric as well as Lippan art and kite making, and there will be exhibits and displays to browse through. Everyone can treat themselves to Indian food and shop for handmade items and other goods in the vendor market.
A festival brings a community together in a spirit of celebration, and one that includes a pop-up market can be a valuable opportunity for local small businesses to expand their customer base. Business Cards and order Forms, as well as a wide assortment of booth backdrops and other décor, can be ordered from a local banner printing company.
Everyone is on the guestlist for Dublin’s Puranava 2026 celebration, which will be held on Saturday, February 21. It will run from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm, and more information and a link to register for the special activities can be found on its website.
