Dublin event brings springtime extravaganza

Dublin is springing into a new season with an activity that will have everyone in town hopping with Easter egg-citement.

The city’s Spring Extravaganza will offer fun for all ages, and there will be lots to see and do. Dublin Heritage Park and Museums will host the festivities, and children’s tickets must be purchased in advance.

The plans for the day include egg hunts, and the younger attendees can try their luck at finding all the hidden eggs. Pete Rabbit and Flopsy bunny will be circulating , pausing to meet the kids and posing for photo ops. Live entertainment will have everyone smiling, and the egg hunts will begin with a countdown start. There are three time slots scheduled and it's been advised that spots be reserved as soon as possible.

To help connect Dublin residents with the local small business community, the organizers have included a vendor area in their plans, and its application system will be open until March 15th. There is also a sponsorship program in place. Letterheads, vendor contracts and other documents for an activity can be crafted by Stationery printers.

Dublin residents will be hitting The Bunny Trail that will lead them to Easter fun on April 4th. The first hunt will kick off at 9:00 am, and the others will start at 10:15 am and 11:30 am.
