A Dublin area winery will be releasing its very first 2023 Blanc de Blanc during an upcoming special event, and this sparkling chardonnay will be paired with an assortment of bites.
Wood Family Vineyards will be celebrating the release with its Bottomless Bubbles and Brunch, which will make the most of the crisp days of mid-autumn. There are two seating times to choose from, priced at $55 for members of the vineyards’ wine club as well as their guests. Those for the general public are available for $70.
Both scheduled seating times will run for two hours, and the menu for the celebration has been designed by Chef Jake Williams and the team at A Cut Above Catering. Three meat options will be available, and they will be accompanied by a selection of fresh seasonal fruit. Each ticketholder who purchases a bottle of wine during the event will receive a $10 discount for each one they buy.
