The Lazy Dog will be opening its second location at Hacienda crossing, which will be its second Bay Area location. The family-run eatery will be approximately 7,800 square feet in size with a 1,200 square foot patio. It’s expected that it will provide up to 200 jobs for locals.
Decorated in a ‘rocky mountain’ style, it is complete with a stone fireplace and aspen log chandelier. It will offer food that is a blend of traditional favorites, with modern dishes encompassing an international flair. There will also be options available for those who wish to have a lighter choice.
The first ‘The Lazy Dog’ location opened up in 2013, and it has proven to be popular with area diners. According to the restaurant’s CEO, employees are excited to be part of the local food scene. They have found that the area has been very welcoming to them, and have received a lot of support from residents, which was was a big factor in deciding to open a second location in the away.
