A new state-of-the-art recreation complex is on the way for the city of Dublin.
The new facilities will be located in Emerald Glen Park, and will include a brand new 30,000 square foot building that contains a natatorium with a pool of warm water for recreational swimming, as well as lessons, exercise session, and other recreational uses.
There will also be an outdoor pool for use in watersports, such as water polo and competitive swimming. It will have eight lanes for use in competitions, as well as three lanes to be used for warming up before completion. Those who enjoy climbing are sure to make good use of the 16-foot climbing wall, situated alongside the deep end of the pool.
There will also be facilities for the kids, such as two waterslides and a splash pad, a wading pool with a beach style entry, and a play structure.
Those who prefer to exercise on dry land will be able to use the cardio room for exercising. There is also going to be a group picnic area, as well as a locker room, party rental space, and outdoor ping pong tables.
