Dublin families on the hunt for summertime excitement may want to save space in their calendar for a local activity that will offer a taste of a night under the stars.
The city will soon be kicking off its summer camp out schedule, and registration is now open for these popular events. Sessions will be held June, July, and August, and each will be taking place at a different local park.
The functions will offer a sample of what it is like to go camping without having to travel. After they have checked in and set their site up, each family will be able to enjoy activities, eat a dinner prepared outdoors, and then sit around the campfire swapping stories and s’mores. The next day, everyone will be treated to breakfast before they head for home.
The release for the camp explained that everyone will need to supply their own tent and sleeping Bags. They should also bring seating, as well as snacks and flashlights. Stationery printers will be able to offer a variety of customized waivers and other business paperwork, as well as Letterheads that may be helpful to the planner of a large community event.
The June Camp out sessions are scheduled for tomorrow, June 11, but there are also sessions coming up on July 16 and August 6. More information is available on the Dublin city website.
