Dublin noted for its living and working ethics

The city of Dublin has been recognized for its achievements in making itself welcoming to both business and employees alike.

The city was granted the Red Tape to Red Carpet award program’s ‘Small city Award of Excellence’ accolade for its efforts in providing affordable and sustainable housing to its residents. It did this by successfully completing the development known as Emerald Vista.

The targeted income range of these apartments sits at 30-55% of the area’s median income. This make them well within range of the budget of most of the people who live in the community. It is also a transit-oriented neighborhood, making it easier for people to make use of the public transportation system.

The award was presented under the Silicon Valley Leadership groups ‘Turning Red Tape Into Red Carpet’ award program, which sees 14 local agencies take part. The program is designed to help recognize those communities that have made a positive impact in the region through the use of innovative and imaginative programming. It is judged by an independent group of experts from the Silicon Valley.

Winning an award such as this can make a community a very inviting place in which to live. A printing company can create promotional materials that let people know about the award and what it means to those who live in the city of Dublin.
