Dublin hosts shellfish fundraising feast
Hope Hospice provides assistance to individuals and families, and a Dublin dinner will provide a tasty and fun way to support its efforts.
The organization's Crab Feed will be rolling out the red carpet for area seafood lovers, and the Shannon Center is set to host the event. The monies raised will support the organization's programming, and plenty of time for socializing has been built into the schedule.
The doors will open an hour ahead of the dinner service, and a cash bar featuring area wines and craft beer will be set up. Guests will have the chance to purchase raffle tickets, and it will then be time to take their seats for the shellfish celebration. Sweet-toothed diners in the crowd can bid on the treats in the live dessert auction, and both single diner and table of 10 tickets are on offer. The activity is for those age 21 and up only, and seating will be assigned.
A themed fundraiser where food will be served may call for the services of a poster printing company. It can design and craft everything from posters and other marketing materials to table decor.
