Dublin fall arrest course to train the trainers

Offering instruction in fall prevention can be a requirement for many companies. A Dublin based enterprise will soon be offering a course for those who are interested in learning how they can become a qualified trainer in fall protection.

According to Turner Safety Training, which will be hosting the workshop, anyone who has completed their Competent Person fall training can qualify to provide instruction in this area. The course is intended for those who are employed in the construction field or other industrial setting, and can be a good fit for supervisors or managers.

The three day long series of classes includes a lot fo information, and the learners will each be able to engage in hands on practice of the skills they will be taught. Once the workshop has been completed, the students will be able to write their qualification exam. Those who pass and who also demonstrate a sound knowledge of the skills they will need to use to train others will be presented with a certificate that indicates they are a Qualified Trainer. Stationery printers can supply these as well as a wide assortment of hand outs, manuals and other and bound learning materials.

The Turner Safety OSHA Training center is now accepting applications to be part of its Fall Protection Train the Trainer program. It will be taking place at 6759 Sierra Court in Dublin.
