Seafood lovers are invited to don their bibs at the end of this month for a Dublin dinner being held in support of Hope Hospice.
The hospice has organized its first ever Crab Feed Fundraiser, which will have options for seafood fans and landlubbers alike. Tickets may be purchased singly or for tables of eight, and they start at $75 each.
Each person who purchases a pass for the meal will receive crab and all the sides. If they would prefer land-based fare, both chicken and eggplant parmigiana will be offered as substitutes. Anyone who would like to add beer or wine to their meal may do so, and a silent auction and raffle will both be held to help maximize the amount of funding raised for the cause. As alcohol will be served, the celebration will be restricted to adults only.
Making the public aware of an upcoming fundraiser is often key to its success, especially in cases like this where it is the first time it has been held. A poster printing company can craft an assortment of items that help to build the buzz about a function.
The Shannon Center in Dublin will be the venue for this seafood feast, which will be held on Saturday, February 25. The social hour will kick off at 5:00 pm.
