Dublin area to host a fundraiser for those in need
A Dublin area group that works to make sure companion animals have a home to call their own has plans in the works for a fundraiser that will bring out the local’s love of seafood.
Members of the public who support the Crab Feed Fundraiser, hosted by Paws in Need, will receive a plate filled with shellfish and other fare. The monies raised will be used by the rescue group to provide medical care for their charges, and they will be utilized in the local area.
Each person who purchases a ticket will receive a plate of freshly cooked crab, along with a bowl of clam chowder, pasta, Caesar salad, and dessert, as well as fresh bread to mop up the juice. The meals will be available as curbside pickup, and there will be a three-hour window for when they will be on offer.
Food fundraisers are often successful, and they depend on the hard work of volunteers. Organizers can show their appreciation to these helpers at events like this by offering them special corporate gifts, to thank them for their dedication to the cause.
