Date set for Dublin Eggstravaganza
A very special visitor has accepted his invitation to hop on over to Dublin to serve as the guest of honor at an Easter event.
The organizers of its annual Spring Eggstravaganza will be welcoming the arrival of the season with a day filled with family fun. Dublin Heritage Park and Museum will be the venue for the activity, and both residents and non-residents may take part.
The plans for the day include three egg hunts, and parents or guardians can choose the one best suited to their schedule. There will be games to play and costumed characters to meet and pose with for photo ops.
Tickets are $15 for Dublin residents and $5 for non-residents. The first hunt for eggs will begin at 9:00 am, and other start times will follow at 10:15 am and 11:30 am. A check-in station will be set up at the Green Canopy, and everyone may want to bring a container to hold the treasure they find.
Many communities open their spring festival season with an Easter-themed activity. Banner printing services for a special occasion can be provided by area printers.
Dublin has invited area families to hop on in for its Spring Eggstravaganza, which has been scheduled for Saturday, April 19. A registration link can be found on the city’s recreation department website.
