Crab feast fundraiser offered near Dublin

Everyone is welcome to come to a Dublin area event that will provide living proof that raising money can sometimes be a whole lot of fun, and tasty too.

Local crab lovers can grab their bibs and head to the inaugural Pleasanton Police Officers Association Annual Crab Feed for a meal that will be fit for a king. Freshly caught and cooked crabs will be accompanied by all the usual fixings, and a no host bar service will be serving cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages.

While the enjoy the seafood feast, guests at the event will be able to browse through the items that will be up for bids in the auction, many of which have been donated by area businesses. There will also be raffles with a variety of prizes to be awarded.

As a special offer, 10 tables have been set aside for VIP ticket holders. These have spaces for eight diners, and include transportation, personal servers, and enhanced tableware. Stationery printers will be able to provide elegant table cards for each place setting, which can make a VIP area even more special.

This charity crab feed will be raising funds for children in need and also the local law enforcement community. It will be held on February 9 at 9353 Sunol Boulevard, and tickets start at $60.
