The Avalon Inn in Warren recently announced that it is completely rebranding as the Magnuson Grand Hotel and Conference Center. Magnuson Hotels is the largest independent hotel group in the world. The rebranding includes an upgrade to regional, national and local markets in an effort to attract more business from leisure and group travelers through an affiliation with Magnuson Hotels’ large portfolio of hotels that includes nearly 2,000 facilities across the globe.
Rebranding a business generally requires printing services such as business card printing and Stationery printing to establish the brand name and other information on business and advertising materials. The hotel will remain under current ownership, but it is bringing in Dublin based CWB Property Management, Inc. to supervise daily operations at the hotel. Connie Burkett, CWB vice president of Operations, stated that, while improvements are being made to the various facilities, the hotel’s focus on guest experience and overall service will remain intact.
The new Magnuson Grand Hotel offers a variety of services, including free airport shuttle, fitness facilities, wireless Internet and more. Room service is provided by The Chophouse Restaurant and a variety of recreational activities are available. A business center and meeting area located in the hotel is equipped to accommodate 400 people.
