Central Valley Vets are holding a refreshing fundraiser at W Brewery later this week. The event is set up to raise funds for the Fresno Veteran's Home, as well as stoke the fires of patriotism.
Those attendees who bring a donation will be given one beer ticket. Donation suggestions include history or military DVDs, Dollar Tree gift cards, Books with a history or military theme, and cash.
Central Valley Veterans work to help area vets with every aspect of their lives. They do this either by assisting them directly, referring them to other veteran organizations, or directing them to government or private agencies that can assist them.
The event involves more than just drinking beer with friends and fellow patriots; attendees will also enjoy live music, soft drinks, appetizers, and dessert. Tickets are $15 per person, while no host beer tickets are only $5. Raffle tickets will be available during the event, which lasts from 6:30 pm to 9:00 pm.
