A fitness company has found its Fresno area facility to be so successful that it has decided to expand.
Jennifer Hoekstra, who owns the Bar Method in Fresno, will also be responsible for overseeing the site in Clovis. The plan is for it to be built next to Kirkland’s in the Clovis Crossing Shopping Center. It will cover an area of nearly 2,500 square feet, and the plan is for it to open sometime this coming spring. Banners and other decorations for both the grand opening and for daily use throughout the facility can be custom designed and produced by a Print company.
Hoekstra announced the plans for the new location on Facebook. She remarked that she feels very happy that there has been such a positive response to the business by locals. She went on to say that this reflects the efforts of her staff, the product and the clients who use it. The Fresno location currently has approximately 400 clients, and recently underwent an expansion to provide more room for classes and also childcare services.
The Bar Method, which has locations across the country, uses a series of exercise techniques that center around the use of a bar, which is similar to the barre used in ballet. It uses a variety of elements to help increase core body strength, posture, and flexibility.
