Clovis’ foodies will soon be invited to take a seat at the table for an event that will give them an opportunity to sample some rare and unique vintages sourced from Trelio Restaurant’s cellars.
A wide selection is set to be poured, and it can be also be a chance for area wine lovers to meet others who share their interest.
Starting at 1:00 pm, guests at Trelio’s August Cellar Tasting will be invited to enjoy samples of more than 30 wines. The organizers noted that many of these will be rare, unique or highly allocated, and all will be recently released.
This popular event tends to draw a large crowd, and along with the wine, cheeses will be served. These have been chosen as ‘perfect pairings’ for the pours, and the ticket price for all of this is $45. The session is scheduled to run for two hours, and the occasion is limited to those who are age 21 and up.
