Clovis dinner to put local farms in the spotlight

Clovis is surrounded by a wealth of farms, and an event that celebrates the area’s agricultural heritage will be filling the city’s historic Old Town Clovis district with the sight and smell of a meal prepared featuring ingredients harvested in the local area.

In mid-October, the city’s foodies will be gathering for the “Farm to Table Harvest Dinner”, and the dishes will be served to the guests while they are seated at the “King’s Table” which will be situated on Pollasky Avenue. The food will be prepared by the chefs who work in the Old Town eateries, and both Guardian of the Ribbon and Pink Heels will benefit from the occasion.

Even though it will be held outdoors, the guests at the function will be invited to enjoy a sumptuous experience. There will be special lighting, flowers, and music, and the meal will have five courses paired with selected wines.

An evening like this can be a memorable experience for the diners. A company that offers printing services can make it even more special by providing table cards, Menus, Banners and even Brochures that offer more information about the function’s charity of choice.

This year’s Farm to Table Harvest Dinner will be welcoming ticket holders on October 13. Tickets to take a seat at the King’s Table start at $150.
