Individuals, businesses, and community groups will be showing off their creative side during an event that will add a touch of whimsy to the Clovis Botanical Garden.
The gardens will once again be celebrating the harvest season by hosting its fourth annual Scarecrow Garden. It will be open for the public to view and enjoy for more than one month, and there will be free standing scarecrows and other photo ops.
The public will be able to view an assortment of scarecrows, and they will be placed in various locations through the garden. Admission is free, and it will be taking place at the same time as the site’s annual fall plant sale, which the organizers explained may draw an even larger crowd as a result. The public will be able to vote for their top entry for the People's Choice Award.
The planner pointed out that adding a scarecrow to this seasonal display can be a fun and effective way for a company or not-for-profit group to promote itself to the community. A banner printing company can provide Signs to incorporate into the displays made to use during a function like this.
The Clovis Botanical Garden has plans to run its Scarecrow Garden fundraiser from October 6 to November 14. Everyone is welcome to stop by and support the garden with this seasonal celebration.
