The Alameda County Fairgrounds, which are located near Clovis, will be the venue for a celebration of the area's horticultural industry.
The San Francisco Bay Flower and Garden Show will be making its return just in time for the spring planting season. Through the four days over which it will be open to the public, there will be lots of chances to learn and explore, and there will be a wide selection of vendors on site to chat with.
Those who attend the function will be treated to a chance to view a variety of indoor floral and planting displays, and the growers and other subject matter experts who will be on hand will be happy to answer questions from the crowd. Fruit and vegetable growing will be included, and hands-on “make and take” classes have been added to the schedule.
The organizers of the show explained that they are always on the lookout for speakers, vendors and other participants. Volunteers are also needed, and local printers can supply an assortment of Corporate Gifts to present to those who lend a hand during large events.
