Citrus Town Center will welcome families for its Springtime Hop and Chalk event this April.
Formerly Sunrise Festival Shopping Center, Citrus Town Center is a retail and community hub that was founded in the 1970s. Renovated in 2011, it remains a key destination that features stores like Sprouts, Marshalls, and BevMo. Alongside shopping and dining, the center hosts community events.
This event is a free seasonal celebration featuring activities, entertainment, and community engagement.
Attendees can participate in sidewalk art with stencils and chalk, enjoy face painting, and dance to lively music at the Bunny Hop Dance Party. A special visit from the Easter Bunny will provide photo opportunities, with a suggested $1 donation to support Citrus Heights HART.
Citrus Town Center’s Marketing Director, Kim Kelley, emphasizes the event’s community spirit:
“This is a fantastic way for families to mark the start of the season while engaging in creative activities and supporting a local cause.”
Giveaways will be available while supplies are in stock. Attendees should note that the entertainment featured at the event may change.
