The Extreme Martial Arts Center (EMAC) will host a Lil' Ninjas program for children aged three to seven this February, instructed by the venue’s staff.
EMAC is part of the Plum Blossom International Federation and was created by Sifu Dillman in the early 2000s under the guidance of Tai Sifu Hubbard. This global organization supports over 300 educational facilities and 50,000 students worldwide, and is known for its focus on tai chi and Choy Li Fut.
This Lil’ Ninjas program will enhance children’s listening and motor skills as well as build their confidence and social readiness in a supportive environment. The program will also teach students foundational martial arts techniques through methods tailored for preschool-aged children, fostering discipline and enthusiasm for physical activity.
Classes are co-ed and cost $69. There will be an additional $15 fee for a T-shirt, which is a necessity and the fee for it must be paid on the first day of class. Program registration can be completed through the Active Kids listing.
Poster printing may be used by organizers to remind participants of the dates and times for events such as this one.
The program is scheduled for February 4 to 27. It will occur Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6:00 pm to 6:30 pm at the Extreme Martial Arts Center, 7530 Auburn Boulevard, Citrus Heights.
