This event is being organised by Helensburgh Events and Reinvestment Trust (HEART). That is a registered community charity made up of voluntary workers. Its event will be called simply ‘Helensburgh Fireworks’ and is sure to attract a great deal of interest from local people. This is not the first time that the town has had a free fireworks display, and previous ones have always proven popular.
The venue for it this year will be the Helensburgh and Lomond Civic Centre. A barge is going to be positioned in front of that building and it will be used as the base for the fireworks.
When it comes to advertising upcoming local events, promotional Flyers can be hard to beat. Helensburgh is home to flyer printing shops that can produce them in bulk.
According to the Helensburgh Advertiser, a HEART spokesperson said:
“This event is extra special because it’s organised entirely by dedicated local volunteers and funded 100% through community donations. It’s a true team effort to bring everyone together, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you.”
In addition to the fireworks, this event will feature live music by performers from the area. There will be hot drinks available as well as food stalls.
It will take place on 8th November.
