A date has been announced for the annual school uniform sale held in Helensburgh.
This sale is hosted by Helensburgh Uniform Bank, with various people who live in the town donate old school uniforms to it. The purpose is to help struggling families to get the items they need at a more affordable price, while also making sure that the clothes do not end up in landfills, thus helping to reduce the environmental impact.
The actual venue for the uniform sale is set to be Helensburgh Parish Church Halls. A call has been put out for people to hand in anything that they no longer need. There are several schools in the area, including the primary schools Hermitage and Colgrain and the secondary schools St Joseph’s and John Logie Baird. Uniforms for all of these schools are accepted by the bank.

Parents will be able to get any items held in stock by the uniform bank during the whole of the school year, if needed.
The school uniform sale will take place on 5th August. It will start at 10am and finish at 12pm.Get a Free Quote for Logo Design Get a Free Quote for Posters
