In Alexandria, the Council has received a planning application for 12 new homes and 24 parking spaces in a development site of around 2800 sqaure metres.
The housing will include some terraced homes, a single detached house as well as eight semi-detached homes.
The land is currently derelict and can be found near the Vale of Leven Golf Club at the junction of Napierston Road and Auchincarroch Road.
The Plans, lodged by Argyle Homes include for areas of shrubbery. Neighbours of the proposed work have been notified as per legal requirements and anyone else can look up the Plans online or by visiting the Council Offices.
