The riverside flats in question are located in the vicinity of Watford’s general hospital. The Riverwell development should include approximately 1000 homes. Brochure printing can be handy in a variety of economic sectors, particularly when high quality items are for sale.
Bellway is the developer of the accommodation in question. When completed, the scheme will incorporate shops, a school and housing for the elderly. Greg Allsop, a marketing executive for Bellway, told the Watford Observer:
“The variety of apartment styles we are building here will appeal to a mix of buyers at different stages of the property ladder, including those who are first-time buyers.”
Allsop pointed out that a show home would be a feature of the site in the near future. This could be viewed alongside a sales centre. He explained that the residents of the development will be able to benefit from amenities such as a gym.
When it comes to the types of housing available, the development includes a mix of private homes, affordable flats and the option of shared ownership. 408 apartments will fit into three buildings. Prices for the properties begin at £295,000.
Towards the end of 2019, contracts on the site were exchanged by the developer. Since then, Bellway has moved quite quickly to bring the Plans forward.
