Watford is set to welcome one of its former home team footballers for an exclusive show.
Renowned England player John Barnes will be appearing at a special event in Watford this spring. The famous footballer, who became a star for Liverpool in 1987, started his impressive career playing for Watford FC when he was just 17 and will now be returning to his origins with an unscripted live interview on stage.
Organisers of exclusive shows in the UK sometimes use flyer printing services to create colourful and branded leaflets advertising events to members of the public. This rare opportunity offers football fans a select experience with access to the hotel suite private bar, a live auction, prizes, and the chance to purchase unique memorabilia.
Following a live interview with Barnes, audience members will then be invited to participate in a special question and answer session with the sports celebrity, posing questions of their own. Described as “a footballer’s footballer”, Barnes is well known for his on-pitch skills and numerous achievements over the years. He also won the nation’s heart when he rapped on the England World Cup 1990 song, World in Motion, where the England squad teamed up with Manchester band New Order.
The Evening with John Barnes event will take place at Vicarage Road Stadium on Vicarage Road, in Watford on Friday, March 25, from 7:00 pm until 11:00 pm.
