Tunbridge Wells to hear genre defying music
A Manchester band with an eclectic musical style will soon play a wintertime concert in Tunbridge Wells.
Music lovers in Tunbridge Wells can see Honeyfeet live on stage this year led by powerhouse vocalist, Ríoghnach Connolly. The band are playing a single-night show in town next month as part of their new tour called “Heads, Hearts and Hooves”.
Currently based in Manchester, the group have earned global recognition for their sound that combines folk, soul and groove elements. The upcoming tour will see them play across the Atlantic in North America and throughout Europe. Musical troupes undertaking tours often order a large supply of low-cost promotional products featuring their branding to distribute among fans at events.
As Honeyfeet’s singer, Connolly won Best Folk Singer at the RTÉ Radio 1 Folk Awards, and BBC Radio 2 named her Folk Singer of 2025. Earlier this year, she sang with acclaimed singer-songwriter Annie Lennox on the stage of the Royal Albert Hall in London.
The band will now play a live set at The Forum on Wednesday, November 26. The venue is at the Common in Fonthill Tunbridge Wells, and the gig will get underway at 7.30 pm. The show is suitable for those aged 16 and over, although people under 16 can attend if they have an adult accompanying them.
