Tunbridge Wells to celebrate beer and cider
A long-standing festival for fans of cider and beer will be making a welcome return to Tunbridge Wells later this year.
People with a passion for expertly brewed cider and beer in Tunbridge Wells will rejoice to hear the Real Ale and Cider Festival is returning to town in autumn. Now in its 13th year, the epic four-day event will take place at various venues in October and promises an eclectic mix of entertainment.
Admission to the main festival hub at Tunbridge Wells West station is entirely free, but guests will also have the chance to buy a starter pack that includes a drinking glass, event guide and bingo card on arrival at the festival sales desk inside the station’s engine shed.
Organisers of events like fairs and festivals often put promotional products in goody bags and starter packs like branded glassware and other affordable items boasting logos and mottos.
The festival will offer more than 160 real ales and over 50 different ciders along with other drinks and bites to eat from food stalls to enjoy with them. Heritage steam and diesel trains will also be in operation over the course of the event and ready for attendees to ride.
The Real Ale and Cider Festival will be held in and around West Station in Tunbridge Wells from Thursday, October 17 to Sunday, October 20.
