Tunbridge Wells developer eyes village site
A property developer based in Tunbridge Wells has taken out an available option on land based in the village of Bearsted.
The land, consisting of 13 acres, is the second site the Kentish developer Dandara has acquired in the locale. The firm is also behind an existing residential project located close by that aims to build 100 new properties. Titled “The Sycamores”, this 10-acre site is positioned just off Roundwell and, when completed, will offer large family homes with between three and five bedrooms.
Dandara operates out of multiple properties in Tunbridge Wells, with offices and marketing suites at Linden Close and Knights Way. Commenting on the newly acquired acreage, the real estate expert stated its ambition is to provide a residential scheme of high quality after promoting the land via the local planning system.
Development Director for the property firm, Rupert Home, added:
Real estate firms and developers can sometimes use print shops to create professional brochures that outline and promote the benefits of their residential schemes.
One of the UK’s largest independent property developers, Dandara is currently behind several other projects around Kent in Tunbridge Wells, Tenterden and Laddingford.
