Shopping centre in Tunbridge Wells receives makeover
The owner of the Royal Victoria Place shopping centre located in Tunbridge Wells has announced an £11 million refurbishment plan.
Over 12 months ago, British Land purchased the shopping centre and has now unveiled its plans for renovation. The centre flooring will be upgraded and new high-grade seating areas will be fitted, along with unique light features in the centre roof. A piece of new artwork will be showcased at the centre designed by a locally-based designer that uses the heritage of Tunbridge Wells as inspiration.
Retail outlets located within shopping centres can employ flyer printing services to create bespoke flyers to advertise products to the local community.

British Land acquired the shopping centre in 2018 paying over £90 million but only now has revealed its plans for the investment. Asset manager for the developer, Annalise Walker stated:
Work on the centre is scheduled to commence this autumn with an expected completion by 2020, according to British Land.
