Eclectic singer-songwriter Zuzu is due to hold a gig in South Birmingham in mid-December.
Hailing from Liverpool, Zuzu is well known as a science fiction buff, comic book fan and gamer. This marks her first return with a new release since the EP 'How It Feels' in 2020, which came out just around the time of Lockdown in the UK.
The 12 months in seclusion appear to have been some of the most productive. She now emerges out of her Liverpool home studio after a busy period writing music, for among others, Cartoon Network's "Adventure Time: Distant Lands".
There is also a reworked version of "How It Feels" which she contributed to "The Sims" video game, sung in the game’s characters’ native language of Simlish. This creative activity has now been followed up by a series of gigs.
In May this year, Zuzu became the first musical artist to play a live non-socially distanced concert in the northern hemisphere. It took place when she performed before 5,000 people while supporting The Blossoms.
Tickets cost £11 inclusive of a booking fee. There is also a minimum age limit of 18 on the date of attendance. Promotional Pens can be a novel way of advertising a forthcoming musical or commercial event like this.
Zuzu's gig has a starting time of 7:30pm on Sunday, December 12 at The Hare and Hounds, South Birmingham.
