Biggest banners in Europe printed for Westfield shopping centre

Some of the biggest outdoor advertising Banners in Europe have been created for a popular shopping centre in East London.

Westfield shopping centre in Stratford, East London, has become home to some of the largest printed advertising Banners in Europe. The Banners have been created by a Birmingham-based Print company using specialist equipment and techniques reserved for large format banner printing.

South Birmingham and the wider West Midlands region are home to a number of Print companies offering these services. Local businesses often use these firms to produce advertising Banners but Westfield has now truly raised the bar with its extra-large external Banners.

The Westfield banner project has seen over 4,000 sq ft of Banners installed, costing in excess of £1m, and includes covers for lamp posts, advertising flags and walkway Banners. The Banners created for Westfield were printed onto special vinyl material, which is environmentally sustainable. The vinyl Banners were then attached to windows and glass surfaces around the shopping centre.
