Arrow Vale High School is situated on Matchborough Way in the town. It is one of the educational facilities that will be included within the School Rebuilding Programme, which is designed to equalise the chances of UK pupils by upgrading the classrooms on offer to them.
The money that the school will be given through this scheme will be spent on creating a cutting edge classroom environment and improving energy efficiency.
Its Executive Principal, Ian Mellor, told the Redditch Advertiser that the school was delighted to be selected for the scheme. He then added that:
“We really look forward to being able to provide students and staff with the high-quality educational facilities that their daily collaborative efforts deserve.”
Schools like this that are based within the town can turn to Redditch Stationery printers if they need printed materials for teaching, or for the everyday running of the school.
In total, 239 UK schools are set to receive the latest round of funding through this programme. The intention is also to help them reduce winter energy bills and keep up with commitments to Net Zero, by enabling them to render buildings energy efficient.Get a Free Quote for Stationery
