This show has been given the name ‘It’s a Beautiful Noise’ and it stars Fisher Stevens as the man himself. Over the course of the show, Stevens delivers accurate renditions of all of the iconic Diamond hits. This includes such tunes as ‘Forever in Blue Jeans’, ‘Cracklin’ Rosie’, ‘Song Sung Blue’, ‘Solitary Man’ and ‘Sweet Caroline.’ This could be the ideal night out for any fan of the singer and songwriter.
Stevens spoke to a reporter from the Redditch Advertiser ahead of his appearance in the town, saying:
“It has been over half a century since the release of the first hit single from an artist who has sold over 130 million albums. While Neil Diamond may have declared the end of his touring days, his star will continue to shine eternally.”
The show seems likely to attract a lot of interest among residents of the town, as Diamond is a popular artist. Local venues often use poster printing by Redditch shops to make sure that people know about their upcoming shows.
This particular concert will take place in the Palace Theatre on 24th May. It was previously a smash in the West End.
