Rainer Developments is the new owner of the Ipsley House complex, which is situated on Ipsley Church Lane. This group of buildings have been lying completely empty for a number of years now and the firm is hoping to build homes at the 70,000 sq ft site. It wants to construct a development that will consist of 80 new houses for people to buy.
Speaking to a reporter at the Redditch Advertiser, Will Blacker from the company stated that it was pleased to be able to buy a site in what is a prime location. He then went on by saying:
“Ipsley House offers the best of both worlds. It has the feel of a green countryside location but it’s positioned just outside the vibrant town centre of Redditch, and with easy access to the UK’s motorway network.”

Rainer Developments is now in the process of finalising its Plans. Once that is done it will submit a planning application to the council and wait for a decision.
