Redwing Solutions is the brainchild of local businessperson Imogen Edmunds, who launched the company nearly 20 years ago. It began as a part-time enterprise that was based out of an old garage, but has since expanded to the point where it now has headquarters at Weights Farm Business Park. It offers HR consultancy services for out-of-school clubs, pre-schools and nurseries on a nationwide basis.
The prize that the company is in contention for is ‘Supplier of the Year’ at the National NMT Nursery Awards. Edmunds started her company just weeks after she gave birth to her first child, and it has been a success ever since.
