This will be the second time that the town has hosted ‘John Bonham A Celebration’, should it go ahead as planned, and the organisers are asking those who want to attend to ‘pledge to buy’ a ticket. This would enable them to work out how many attendees there will be so that they can be certain of avoiding a financial loss.
They have also created a souvenir version of the programme for the previous event, which took place two years ago, and will be putting it up for sale to help raise money to replace any lost ticket sales due to the virus. Banner printing services from local Print shops can be a useful way of promoting event fundraisers.
Speaking to the Redditch Advertiser, the manager of the event, Ros Sidaway, stated that social distancing was another issue that could affect whether it happens or not, before adding:
“We need to be confident that we can cover all costs if it can go forward. The acts play for free as it is in aid of the Teenage Cancer Trust.”
The event is scheduled for 25th and 26th September.Get a Free Quote for Print
