Changes planned for visitor centre in Redditch
A number of major changes are set to be carried out to a visitor centre in Redditch, after the borough council gave its approval to the plans.
These alterations will be taking place at the visitor centre in Arrow Valley Country Park. Initial ground works have already begun at the site ahead of the upgrades.
Redditch Borough Council is promising that the changes will ensure that people who visit the centre enjoy a better experience. The work will include the installation of a variety of new facilities, such as a cafe.
Arrow Valley Countryside Centre already has many of those facilities, but the replacements will represent ultra-modern improvements. There will be three kiosks installed within the centre – with one being for the preparation of food and another for the sale of ice cream. An outdoor toilet block will also be built.
