The grunge-pop-rock band Scarlet are due to play a return gig in Northampton at the end of July supported by Sleepy Beaucat.
This four-piece female-led outfit, made up of Jessie, Adam, Cai and Laura, hail from England's North West. They have featured on stage at many popular festivals, from Kendal Calling and Sound City to South Korea's Zandari Fest and Georgia's Tiblisi Open Air Festival.
The band have developed an organic fan base that continues to grow steadily. Indeed, during several recent tours, most of their shows sold out at venues in cities such as Manchester, Nottingham and Sheffield.
Scarlet's single “Friends” came out in 2020, with a dedication to all NHS and essential workers tackling the Covid-19 crisis. “Wrong-Way” and “Bring Me Down” were the follow-ups, and all three singles proved successful, receiving over 15,000 hits on Spotify.
They have also garnered considerable radio airtime and support in particular from BBC Introducing, Radio 6 Music and XS Manchester, as well as Radio 1 and 2. The feedback was extremely positive from the likes of Radio 1 DJs and Q Magazine, and they were subsequently endorsed by other artists, notably Sir Bob Geldof.
Tickets cost £11.25, inclusive of a booking fee. Stationery printers can be a useful resource when planning for a future concert or musical event like this.
Scarlet's gig has a starting time of 7.30pm on Saturday, 30th July at The Black Prince, Northampton.
