A careers fair will be held in Northampton next month.
This event is organised by the UK Careers Fairs and sets out to help people in choosing a career. The target audience of the fair is both those looking for their first job and others simply thinking about a change. The idea is to engage directly, on a face to face basis, with as many employers as possible, saving time and avoiding much of the frustration involved in the application process.
It provides a good opportunity for candidates from all kinds of backgrounds, with varied experience and different levels of education to speak to a large number of firms, local and national, in a single location.
There will be plenty of organisations in attendance all looking to fill positions in the new year. Potential employees can ask questions, obtain general information and gain useful insights into the current state of the market as well as the participating companies as potential employers.
