The event will be organised by the Magic Bean Emporium, which is located on St Giles Street, with the Market Square having been selected as the site for the market.
Starting at 10:00 am, this market will consist of numerous stalls offering festive-themed goods, as well as plenty of street entertainment options, before a grand finale brings things to a close at 7.30 pm.
The Magic Bean Emporium is an outlet offering desserts with a fairytale theme and is owned by author Michella Dos Santos. She is behind the Christmas market idea, with the inspiration having come from a book she wrote called ‘The Flying Feather’.
Speaking to the Northampton Chronicle, she stated that she hoped it would add a little traditional Christmas spirit to the season, explaining:
“I’m taking elements from my book and combining it with elements from famous fairy tales – there will be something for everyone. You will probably meet just about every Prince and Princess.”
Those local stallholders taking part in this will have the choice of turning to places that supply calendar printing in Northampton if they want to stock special themed Christmas Calendars.
The fairytale Christmas market will be taking place on December 6.Get a Free Quote for Calendars
