The UK Careers Fair, one of the country's main recruiting platforms, is set to make its return to Northampton towards the end of February.
This is an opportunity for those seeking a new or contemplating a change of career to get together with potential employers eager to hire them. It welcomes candidates from a broad range of backgrounds with diverse types of work experience and different levels of educational attainment.
Organisations from every sector of the economy will be present and exhibiting. They offer a comprehensive selection of professional positions and skilled roles as well as other employment opportunities, many from local businesses.
The type of companies and public bodies attending include Allvotec, Billing Finance, Cobra Resourcing, Shaw Healthcare, Bedford College, DHL and Johnson Underwood. All have been exhibitors in the town in the past.
The UK Careers Fair operates these events in over 50 such locations across the country. Their great selling point is that they enable employers and potential employees to meet in a single place, at one time and to talk face-to-face.
There is no charge for attendance but do let anyone know who may be interested. It would also be advisable to have a few extra Business Cards available for networking purposes.
