MGL hopes that entries will be submitted prior to the end of March. Stationery printing within Northampton may be boosted by the success of community-driven initiatives. MGL is a skip hire business which consistently puts resources into its local area. Jon Stump, a financial director for MGL, told the Northamptonshire Telegraph:
“This announcement is one that the business always welcomes, and particularly this time around given the sheer volume of money being distributed for assistance. The financial support that we are able to provide is a reflection of the business performance in the last six months.”
Stump explained that MGL had a productive 2017 and he highlighted the growth of the enterprise and its other positive financial results.
During the course of 2017, Northampton’s Gymnastic Academy received £30,000 from MGL. Furthermore, Northampton’s Fernie Fields Sports & Social Club obtained £8,500 in the same period. Meanwhile, Higham Ferrers Junior School received almost £22,000 last year. The school used the injection of funding to enable the creation of an all-weather sports facility.
Across five counties, MGL donated about £750,000 to different causes last year. Bedfordshire, Lincolnshire, Leicestershire and Cambridgeshire have shared the benefits with Northamptonshire. Since it launched its community effort, MGL has delivered about £2.5 million to various projects.Get a Free Quote for Stationery
