London Property Ventures has managed to secure a loan worth £2m from Paragon Bank that will enable it to proceed with the development, which is called Aviary Court. The chosen site in Epsom is currently occupied by two office buildings that are lying empty, and the project will see these converted and extended to create 10 residential properties, then sold to first-time homebuyers in the area.
The loan marks the second time Paragon has provided financing for a development from London Property Ventures, and all of the properties within this scheme will offer parking off-site and private gating. Graphic Design Services can be useful in helping create visual impressions of such projects.
Speaking to Development Finance Today, Matthew Jordan from London Property Ventures stated:
“There is a growing demand for property in areas that offer green spaces and access to the countryside, and Epsom is a great location that offers these benefits, while still being close to London.”
He went on to add that the company was sure first-time homebuyers would jump at the finished homes. It is expected that Aviary Court will be finished by the middle of 2021.
