This £1.5 million loan came courtesy of Lendhub, a company that specialises in financing for property development schemes of this sort. The project will involve the demolition of the sizeable detached house that is currently on the site, followed by the building of a new block that will contain six flats. The chosen site is near to Epsom railway station.
The flats are set to be a mixture of three, two and one-bedroom dwellings. Once new housing projects such as this have been completed, Epsom Print shops that include brochure printing among their services are sometimes asked to create Brochures showing off their amenities.
Speaking to Development Finance Today, Lendhub managing director Christopher Adamou said:
“We are incredibly proud to have completed this case, not only in good timeframes, but also honouring all original terms that were set out before lockdown.”
Discussions over the financing deal had begun before the coronavirus pandemic started and lockdown was imposed and Adamou added that the Lendhub team had worked hard to see it through. No date for preliminary work at the site to start has yet been set.Get a Free Quote for Brochures Get a Free Quote for Print
