People in Epsom will be able to enjoy an outdoor Halloween treat this year, with the news that the town’s Lavender Garden is being transformed into a spectacularly spooky trail.
The Secret Lavender Garden opened to the public during the summer and it has proven to be a big hit. Now, it is set to be turned into an eerie autumnal landscape inspired by Alice in Wonderland. The name of this Halloween event will be Malice in Lavenderland, and it will feature a trail full of interactive activities, a pumpkin patch and numerous spine-chilling surprises.
Those who decide to enter will start their terrifying trip at the pumpkin patch and they will have free rein to pick a pumpkin of their choice. After that, they will encounter the White Rabbit, who will lead them into the main adventure.
Among other things, this adventure will include a creepy wishing well, frightful flowers and haunted mirrors. The whole thing will be interactive, with clues and letters to be hunted and puzzles to be solved.
